Surprise Birthday Visit

With a toddler and a newborn, I haven't been getting out by myself too much...especially to go shopping. We had a little 4th of July party (on the 5th) at our house also in celebration of my dad's birthday on the 7th. It didn't feel like enough, so on the morning of the 7th, I packed the two kids in the car and surprised Grandpa at breakfast!
That was more like it. He hadn't held Gwynne since the day she came home from the hospital.
